Synopsis: The classic Cat in the Hat cartoon (1971 special) follows bored siblings Sally and the narrator on a rainy day as the mischievous Cat arrives, causing chaos with balancing tricks and his chaotic helpers, Thing One and Thing Two, before magically cleaning everything up just as their mother returns, leaving the kids wondering whether to tell her.
