Synopsis: Mike McDermott is a law student and gifted poker player who loses his entire bankroll in a high-stakes game. As he vows to give up the card tables and focus on his future, his old friend Worm gets released from prison and lands in serious debt. Mike returns to the underground poker scene to help Worm repay a dangerous loan shark, leading to tense showdowns and deep risks.
