Synopsis: Tom Reilly, a laid-back New Yorker, moves to Ohio with his wife Sofia after she leaves her high-powered job to focus on their growing family. Tom takes a position at his father-in-law&s advertising firm, only to find himself working under Chip, Sofia&s ex-boyfriend who uses his charm and wit to undermine Tom at every turn. As workplace tensions rise, Tom must navigate office politics and personal insecurities to protect his marriage and career.
